Her inspiration stems from wanting to help her own daughter have a safer, healthier, and normalized experience when it came to receiving her first period.

In her book, First Moon Manual: Letter to Our Daughters, Jesica creates a space for women to come back to pen and paper, where they can remember the magic of what it means to heal by staying present and ever accepting of their bodies.
