After suffering with IC (recurring bladder or urinary infections) for many years Joana, like many women, was told that the condition is incurable and prescribed a future of managing symptoms and discomfort. Refusing to succumb to this she embarked on her own holistic journey, healing her symptoms without the need for long term medication. Training as a nutritionist and now as an IC coach, she guides women on their own journeys to self-healing their symptoms.
This episode we dive into how this afflicts people, possible causes and avenues of healing which can be explored. Approaching it from a physical, nutritional, emotional, energetically and medical approach, combining holistic and traditional medicine.
