Phil brings over 30 years of experience across property, financial assets & infrastructure and was a Partner of Babcock & Brown for over 24 years culminating in his appointment as Chief Executive Officer upon it's listing on the ASX in 2004.

Alceon Group was established in 2010 and has invested over $4b of capital across real estate, private equity, credit & liquid strategies.
