Our guest is Paul Constantinou AM - Chairman of C&D Capital and Former Chairman of Quest Apartment Hotels, a business he founded some thirty three years ago and built to become the largest serviced apartment group in Australasia.

By 2017, the Quest group encompassed some 190 properties comprising over 9,000 apartments under management, leading to the strategic acquisition of 80% of the company by Singaporean business Ascott Group for a reported $180m.

Recently, Paul officially retired as Non-Executive Chairman and Board Member though retains a 20% equity holding in the company.

Today, his business interests are concentrated via his family office investment vehicle C&D Capital, a global investment fund focusing on listed private equity & credit opportunities.
