We talk about the capabilities of ICA's vast wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing locations and the amazing team that helps make it successful. We talk about his recent promotion and the challenges of being a first-time general manager for a business new to the Amphenol family. We talk about working for the corporate mergers and acquisitions team and the unique perspective he gained in researching and evaluating the companies we acquire.
