Getting past your internal hindrances can only be done by challenging your doubts on what is actually possible. Something that doesn’t involve any hardship or challenges may not be worth doing - but that doesn’t mean that doing something that’s draining the life out of you daily is worth doing either. It’s important to not waste your time pretending to be what you aren’t. The things that make you unique are your strengths. In the same way, letting people be them means delegating tasks that they might be better at than you are.Builders are the ones that put the building blocks together and the accelerators try to keep the business going - you need to figure out which one you are. Are you going to be doing the work or leading the work? As a leader, if your schedule is full of tasks, you will have no ability to strategize and assess the future. We drive ourselves crazy with our second-guessing and overanalysis of our decisions - there comes a time where you just gotta do it already. At least, take one step.  “If we can get something done, even if it’s not done perfectly,  we can fix the little things. But we can’t fix ‘not doing’, so we just have to get something done... It’s easy to confuse busy with productive.” - Erica McCurdy Connect with Erica McCurdy:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/mccurdygroup/Website: http://www.mccurdysolutions.com/Email: [email protected] Connect with Steve and Jason:LinkedIn: Jason or SteveWebsite: Rewire, Inc.: Transformed Thinking Email: [email protected]  Show notes by Podcastologist: Justine TallaAudio production by Turnkey Podcast Productions.
