Episode Synopsis
Send me a Text Message!Do you ever pay attention to the conversations that are going on in your mind? How do you talk to yourself? Do you speak harshly to yourself, or do you say loving, empowering, and uplifting things to yourself? In this episode I'll talk about the benefits of replacing your negative self-talk with a more supportive voice. The primary elements of this episode are:6 years ago I finally paid attention to the voice in my head, and I found it to be harsh, disempowering, and hurtful. That's when I decided to make a serious change in my relationship with myself through that voice. When you're used to being harsh with yourself, you'll find that there's a gravitational pull which keeps pulling you back into the familiar habits of being harsh. It takes time, practice, and patience to change the conversations. Don't give up. As the tone of your internal dialog shifts so will every circumstance in your life - your health, wealth, and the amount of love in your relationships. Double down, and keep going!Music Credit: "What's Left of Me" by Wes Hoffman & FriendsLinks and Resources:Click here to visit our website to access free tools and resources, our Meditation Bundle, upcoming events, and our coaching service offerings. My Social Media:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/mikekitkoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/mike_kitkoTiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@mikekitkoSubscribe to my YouTube: / @mikekitkoMike Kitko is an executive self-mastery coach, speaker and author.
