When your body is in starvation mode it holds onto fat and when you are in starvation, you cannot thrive. Interestingly enough- a lot of the advice about women’s bodies and needs is given by men Own being different Food is frequency, people who eat cleaner show up with more energy and shining that bright light How can you tell you have burnout? You know when you are not you Waking up in the middle of the night Low energy Look at your food choices Waking up really tired Your body tells you first and your mind tells you second How do we shift out of it? We need to listen to ourselves better Get quiet Get comfortable with being with you How do you communicate this w/out ruining relationships? Ask for what you need Get quiet and listen for it, you’ll know Walking back a yes that should have been a no?
