On the pilot episode of the @home podcast, I spend time catching up with my good friend Paolo Alberca. He has an interesting story to tell: he's based in Astoria, NY and gives his take on the coronavirus outbreak as a New Yorker. He talks about the moment when "things got real" as well as his experience living with someone who is on the front lines. 
Then, in an attempt to provide a distraction to listeners for even just a moment, we talk about his journey as a runner, going through knee surgery and rebounding to make long distance running part of his everyday life.
