In this first episode of a new season of the HOLOS Project, (S1: "get your life together"), I first give some HOLOS project news, and then unpack square one of getting your life together: regonizing and dealing with crisis. After sharing what I think a crisis is, and what can be done about it, I share the larger pattern of degeneration we can observe in most of the world as we know it and what we can do to start reversing it.
