The gang had special guest Xavier Flowers on the podcast to talk about how fitness changed his life by improving his physical and mental health. A "hard gainer" is a person who practices bodybuilding but finds it challenging to develop muscle and size regardless of the amount of effort put in. The opposite of a hard gainer is an easy gainer.
