Around the world, national economies have been faced with disruptions in economic activities and Ghana is no exception. Manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, and transportation are among the hardest-hit.
This has resulted in the shutdown of some factories, lay-offs, short-time working, redundancy, and disruptions in the global value chain. legacy enterprises have had to realize that, they have to either innovate on their business models or die! The COVID-19 pandemic has truly revealed serious vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Rarely have business leaders faced more complex, fast-changing conditions than they have during this pandemic.
