If you tell a golfer to get fit, they immediately and rightly assume you're talking about their physical and cardiovascular strength, stamina and flexibility. All of these are naturally important, but so is getting fit put the right clubs and indeed a good fit for the right teacher.This week, I interview European PGA professional golfer Stewart Fraser, whom I met by chance when I went for a club fitting at Stainton Golf Centre in Yorkshire, England. It was by some margin the best club fitting I have had, which I put down to a combination of Stewart's inherent instinct, knowledge, and proper understanding of technological data.
