Nick and Matt are getting close to summer in Budapest and Vienna but still have a few exciting episodes left in this season like this one with Andy Longley. Andy has worked in sports and performance psychology and started a company with neuroscientist Ali Tisdall called Coach Up which supports individual and teams of coaches to create high-performance team environments.

Andy starts off by sharing a bit of a personal and professional background as well as what Coach Up is and how it helps coaches. This episode

Coach Up has recently finished a series of workshops with the coaches of the American School in London and will be apart of the Coaching For a Greater Purpose conference this August in Brussels.
