This is the first episode of my Lockdown Coaching series.
In 2020, the world was plunged into the global Coronavirus pandemic. Lockdowns happened all over the world, creating fear and panic in everyone. A strange new way of life took over filled with uncertainty, anxiety, isolation, loss, mass unemployment and desperation. During this time, I ran a weekly Lockdown Coaching series to support people to deal with the emotional, spiritual and mental strain that lockdown and this pandemic was having on our lives. These episodes are from that time.
