privilege of featuring Cindy Burns, a remarkable individual dedicating her life
to supporting widows and widowers in their journey of rediscovery. Cindy, a
widow herself with six grown sons, understands the profound challenges that
come with loss and the search for a new purpose.
Twelve years after the
passing of her husband, Cindy is on a mission to help others facing similar
circumstances. Through online coaching, one-to-one sessions, and group support,
she guides widows and widowers to discover who they are now, grow in
confidence, and find a renewed sense of purpose. Cindy has created a nurturing
community through her private Facebook group, "Widows & Widowers
Support Group, Finding Purpose," and her Facebook page, "Widows &
Widowers Finding Purpose."
Beyond individual
transformation, Cindy has ambitious goals: to start a nonprofit aiding widowed
individuals facing financial hardships and to fulfill her dream of visiting
Ireland. Her work extends beyond the immediate grief of losing a spouse,
addressing broader life transitions such as empty nesting and job loss. Join us
