Today on The Fundamentals, our guest is Dr. Jessica Anand, a research assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan Medical School, and a co-chair of the Pharmacology's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Her work focuses on developing new molecules to treat different medical needs, like pain with reduced addiction risk, overdose, and potentially mood problems like anxiety and depression.
