In this episode, Ed and Craig discuss the finer details of Groundhog Day and attempt to correctly pronounce Punxsutawney Phil. The boys talk about The Old Farmer’s Almanac and start dreaming up new almanacs of their own, they tease an upcoming episode with world famous swimmer Martin Strel, and talk about the effects of poor sleep and caffeine on mood and general health.
