Florian Dumas is a seasoned finance professional with a 25-year career in finance spanning across Tokyo, Singapore and Hong Kong. He has directly managed U-Reg since the company was incorporated. In his previous roles as regional head of sales Florian managed teams across Asia and has led large infrastructure projects as either a sponsor or as a senior stakeholder. He is an expert in regulatory processes.
