Use the spiritual life assets God gives you. “Be anxious for nothing” (Matt 6:25). Continuously recon yourself. When you identify sin, take care of it through rebound—problem-solving device “1 (1 John 1:9). The Word of God is the real critic to listen to and guide you. “It’s alive and powerful, sharper than a two-edged sword … it’s a critic of the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Heb 4:12). When we get arrogant, we don’t see ourselves as we are. Instead, we see ourselves as we think we are. We look into the mirror of arrogant self-justification, self-deception, and self-absorption, which falsely empowers us to act irrationally. Often, we try to tell other people what to do. The only thing that helps other people is the Word of God. Not you sharing your misfortunes and experiences. What’s in the past should stay in the past.
