Every day, Christians face decisions in their personal lives that require spiritual contemplation and seeking of the Lord's will. Some of these can be guided by scripture but there are many issues that aren't and may be simple preference. Too many churches have been torn apart by superficial disagreements that have no scriptural backing. Bro.
