We welcomed one of the stalwarts of the Singapore Triathlon scene., Peter Chua, to the red seats this week.After becoming one of the first technical officers (TO) for triathlon in Singapore in 2003, Peter has become a familiar face in the triathlon community throughout SE Asia. Many may not know his name, but almost all local triathletes would know his face.Often considered the bad guys of the sport because they enforce the rules and give out the penalties, Peter breaks what the TOs actually do what and what they do not.Upon establishing himself one the the most experiences TOs in the region, Peter now also teaches and mentors others on how to become a technical official and guides them through the path that he once took.Listen to Peter's story of how a passion project to give back to the triathlon community has brought him all over the world and how he has left his mark on all the major games including the SEA Games, Asian Games and even the Olympics.
