Listen "Ep 71 - SGA Cage Match: Round 2"
Episode Synopsis
In episode 69, we interviewed Tanner Smida about his very interesting paper using the ESO dataset. It looked at the association between survival from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest and the type of SGA used (iGel vs. KingLT). He found 36% higher odds of survival with iGel. The ink was barely dry on that paper before he published a follow-up paper looking at the same association but with a different dataset, this time CARES and the national US registry of OHCA.
