In this episode I introduce you to the FOUR foundational health and wellness pillars that I’ve created for myself, and now for the Millennial Girlies, to lean into your most high-vibe life.
I approach this as an INVITATION to a different way of thinking about your life. Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t.
I touch on what as little girls we’ve been always been told about our bodies, and how that’s affected our current beliefs about it.
I explore the themes of masculine and feminine energy and how to leverage both for a balanced life.
I go over my guiding principles of: listening to your body above all else, embracing nuance, and being curious.
I introduce you to my favourite four women changing the health, wellness, and longevity space.
Beyond just introducing the foundations, I take some time in the Nutrition portion to explain how Glucose, Fibre, and Carbohydrates are formed in the natural world (plants), what that looks like when we get it to our table, and the mechanisms in the body for dealing with them.
