“Take a deep breath.” I feel like I’ve heard this advice for as long as I can remember. I am a crier and always have been. Often when someone can see I’m about to cry, this is their advice. It’s not the greatest advice. Taking a deep breath may actually make you MORE anxious and upset. But don’t worry, Stacy Fritz will explain which breath will help you.
