In this episode I re-live one of my hardest bouts with mental illness. Every day was a war, and it took a few unfortunate events for me to decide a trip up to the hospital was needed to gain some allies in my battle. I dive into the discharge papers from the psychiatrist which gives a holistic view of how I was presenting during this time.
