Listen "dogs, debutantes, gouache, wikipedia rabbit holes, and is tracing cheating??"
Episode Synopsis
Thanks so much for listening to this week's episode of the Draw Pod. In this episode, I talk about being home alone with my dogs, watching the crown and being led down wikipedia rabbit holes where I learn about debutantes and the "Texas Dip", the most delicious homemade pizza I have ever made, and what books I am currently reading. I also am switching up the podcast and trying to talk more about art, and specifically the art that I am making in the video. In this episode, I talk about the ethics of tracing in art, and whether or not I think it is cheating (for my purposes (tracing photos I took to paint), it is not. (but please don't trace other peoples art)).
Anyway, here are the links to things I talked about in this episode:
The Crown | The Texas Dip | Useful Charts (an all time fave youtube channel about genealogy) | Blink by Malcolm Gladwell | The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides | My Goodreads | My Etsy
