She is licensed in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia and specializes in residential, investment and commercial properties. Stephanie is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR), Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR), Project Management Institute (PMI) She possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Howard University, and has over 30 years of professional corporate experience in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Information Technology. Stephanie is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Stephanie is the Team Lead for the Ireland Group - a full time and full service real estate group servicing Washington, DC and Maryland. The Ireland Group is consistently recognized and awarded by Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) as one of the Top Teams in Prince Georges County for production volume and service. She is also a member of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors (PGCAR) Legislative Committee (PCGAR). Stephanie appeared on the hit HGTV House Hunters show season 195 episode 3 - "3 Houses and a Baby" and the host of the talk radio show "Real Talk Real Estate" on the Survival Radio Network. Stephanie has been married for 35 years to Gregory Ireland, and they have 1 daughter. Stephanie enjoys boating, movies and traveling.
