Hey there! I’m Niki, a Miami based wellness advocate on a journey to discover my best health! Over the years, I have developed a wealth of knowledge on plant-based nutrition, self-care strategies and fitness routines that I use to inspire others to transform their own lives.

I named this this podcast The Domino Effect because our bodies work like chain reactions. Everything about the way we eat has a lasting effect on our health, lifestyle and even our planet. My hope is that through this podcast we can change our mindsets and choices around food to live healthier, happier lives.
