We all know what it's like to have to trust the Lord when things don't make sense to us. That is precisely what Abraham went through once. He was called to trust God's promises and be willing to obey when it didn't line up with Abraham's wishes and desires. And because he passed his test, it means we can also, IF we'll remember exactly what Abraham remembered about God, that He loves us and He cannot break the promises He made to us.
