I had such an amazing time with Rita Goodroe on The Dating Advisory Board show. In 2011, Rita left her life as a business attorney (which she led for over 10 years) and became a dating & relationship coach. (FUN story that she’s sure to share!) She grew her business at a RAPID pace, meeting and surpassing her revenue as an attorney within months. Her first year in business, she was asked to tour as an expert panelist and speaker, serve as an expert for The Washington Post and was a finalist for Best Dating Coach in the iDate 2014 Awards.

Rita found that people approaching her for strategy sessions were not looking for dating help but, rather, wanted to know how she had been able to leave Corporate America and grow a successful business so rapidly!

She began coaching entrepreneurs on starting and building their businesses and has since founded the Women's Business Garden, a global community of women who are creating new futures for themselves, their communities and the world through entrepreneurship. The mission of Women's Business Garden is to catalyze women's entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth and success through powerful education, mentorship and community. In June 2016, Women’s Business Garden was nominated and selected as a change-making company by the State of Women Summit, convened by The White House.

Rita is dedicated to fighting for women’s equal access to opportunities and capital in all areas of entrepreneurship. A business coach, speaker and author, Rita believes that the fastest path to success is helping others succeed.
