This is Part 2 of our conversation with Randy Thompson.
Randy started his insurance career in 2004 in the rural community of Afton, Wyoming in the Western Mountains south of Yellowstone.
Afton has a population of 2,000. He serves the surrounding county of about 15,000 people and has consistently qualified over the past 15 years as one of the top 50 agents in the country.
He has qualified for MDRT 15 years in a row, and he has been a President’s Club Agent – 29 times in those 15 years. Randy and his team are truly the cream of the crop.
Prior to his career with the carrier he represents, he was a teacher and a coach and brings his experience as a wrestling coach to the business world where he practices the same principles of success with his team in the business.
Married for 29 years and father of six kids, he spends his spare time in a wrestling room with his boys or on horseback somewhere in the mountains with his family and friends.
