Listen "Lead Like it Matters with Joel Laird, Part 2"
Episode Synopsis
Our guest today is Joel Laird. This episode is part 2 of a two-part interview with Joel.
Joel has a variety of experiences within the insurance industry having opened an agency in his 20s in rural Montana, moving into management in California, and now has two offices in Middle Tennessee.
Over the course of his career, Joel has spent a lot of time practicing and learning about leadership.
Over the course of the next two episodes of our show, Joel will walk us through his experiences in leading teams, the good and bad, and he shares some valuable insights that you can bring to your own teams.
I also want to give you a heads up that the audio quality is not quite as good as you’re used to because I met Joel at his office to do the interview, and we were sharing a mic. You will also hear a train in the background.
Also, in this episode, we will check in with TodayApp founder, Mansour Hasan, in the Founders’ Corner.
Thank you all so much for listening, and here is PART 2 of our TWO PART interview with multi-line insurance agent, Joel Laird.
