The NFL sent out a memo with a video attached to every coach and GM in the league this week reminding teams of the proper procedure to become an eligible receiver. On the video were clips of the Lions-Cowboys game from Saturday. With the memo, the league sent the message that they are siding with their official instead of Detroit and not to expect a change in protocol moving forward. However, just because the NFL blames the Lions, doesn’t mean that everybody does. Jeff Riger runs down the list of people that believe the league did Detroit wrong including former Lions QB Matthew Stafford. Also, Aidan Hutchinson believes the adversity of Saturday will make the Lions a very dangerous team moving forward.
