Markieff Morris and Wesley Matthews joined the starting lineup in this game as KCP is still out with the left ankle injury and Anthony Davis was out with a right adductor strain . The Lakers still looked disorganized on defense for this match and Zach Lavine took advantage of that by putting up 38 points. Everyone had to step up and do their job for this one, Wesley Mathews with the 3's in the second half, Schroder with the timely baskets in the 4th, Harrell with the trash talking dunks and and one's, even Jared Dudley got some minutes in the third quarter and he brought the energy to wake the other guys up. Not an easy win by any means but an important one if they want to keep the goal alive of not losing 2 games in a row this season.
Stats for the game: Lebron James had 28, 7 and 7, Schroder 17 points 6 assists, Wesley Matthews 14 points. Montrezl Harrell finished with 17 and 14. THT and Caruso both added 9 points off the bench.
