If you've been following my story, you know that my entre into brokerage wasn't exactly...normal.
I took a detour into property management but learned plenty of lessons about multihousing because of it and finally saved up enough money to be able to go full-time into brokerage.
But where to go? Who to turn to? Where to start?
Well, as I learned, you start from the bottom and you get to work and if you build a solid foundation, you can take those skills anywhere.
A few things occurred along the way that caused some challenges:
- Lost my discount at my apartment & had to move
- Went 100% Commission
- Had shiny object syndrome
