From running for (and winning) public office, singing in a rock band, hosting her own radio show, to being involved in several spiritual, wellness-based businesses, Lynda offers us a glimpse into her creating a meaningful, and exciting life.


Lynda Adams is the Marketing Director for Essential Living Maine magazine; the host for the talk radio program, Successful Balanced Living, on WMPG; and a City Councilor for the City of Westbrook, Maine. She considers herself a “connector” and utilizes that skill to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and her media followers make positive changes in their lives.
