Listen "006 Tammy Kepple - On marriage, remarriage & motherhood. "
Episode Synopsis
Welcome to The Courage, Coaching and Counseling Podcast. I'm Sovann Pen, a licensed professional counselor and health coach in Portland, OR.
Today's guest is my friend and coworker Tammy Kepple. Tammy was the first person I interviewed for this podcast!
When we were in a recent team meeting we were asked as an ice breaker, "If you wrote a book about your life, what would the title be?" I don't remember the title of Tammy's book but I remember I thought I want to hear her story. So, I asked to interview her. We talk about marriage, divorce, remarriage, motherhood, parenting and step-parenting, career, and education in this conversation.
Tammy Kepple is an employee, wife, and mom; and not necessarily in that order. She and her husband moved to the Pacific Northwest 21 years ago from Southern California and live in Vancouver, Wa. She has worked for Kaiser Permanente for 30 years and now that her kids are grown and living on their own, she is looking forward to settling into the golden years with her husband, Randy.
