Welcome to The Counseling Window. My. my name is Carolina. I'm a pharmacist and a passionate runner. I started this podcast because I wanted a platform for conversations. The same conversations that I have with my patients every single day but with the opportunity to expand on topics while also being able to share information about exercise, healthy living, and pharmacy.
