Listen "Solving Physical and Mental Pain to live our best life with Chloe Tudor"
Episode Synopsis
On today's episode, we are joined by Chloe Tudor, entrepreneur and Registered Massage Therapist. We dive into the connection between taking care of our mind and body. The two are definitely not mutually exclusive.
About Chloe:
Born and raised in the beautiful coastal town of Lockeport, Nova Scotia. I moved to Toronto after graduating high school with honours to do my Undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. From there, I moved to Ottawa to do a Registered Massage Therapy course at Algonquin College with the goal to provide sports rehab massage therapy.
After several years of working in physiotherapy, pain, and rehabilitation clinics I decided I wanted to open a health clinic that felt more authentic to me. Along with my business partner Katie White, we co-founded ‘For Health’s Sake' (FHS), a health and wellness clinic in downtown Toronto.
FHS is currently a team of about 20 amazing mental and physical therapists. Our clinic is 3 and a half years old, with nearly 400 5-star google reviews. We are currently in the process of opening our 2nd clinic in Toronto. Our goal is to continue to grow and advance physical and mental health in Toronto, as well as provide a place of work where therapists thrive.
