Leadership development, and in particular, GM Active's Transformational Leadership program is a real hot topic currently. As I travel around the country meeting various 'leisure professionals' and council's,   there’s a realisation that the leadership required from our Physical Activity managers and workforce generally, needs to be different if we’re really going to make some headway on working with health, addressing inequalities and engaging with communities.
