Send us a textErika lays a foundation for the Mosaic Covenant.  Using Exodus 2:23-25, she reminds us that God "knew" and remembered what what happening with Abraham's descendants, who have become so numerous they are called a swarm (seen in the Hebrew in Exodus 1:7).  God promised Abraham that Israel would be used to bless the nations in Genesis 12:1-3.
