Katie Dixon is the creator and owner of two fitness studios, BLOC and Kadi Fit, in the Charlotte area. In this week's interview, Katie shares how she turned her lifelong love of dance into a career and platform for inspiring others toward holistic health. Katie provides practical tips on how she continues to refine her passions and push herself beyond what is comfortable in order to chase her dreams!
Katie is an athlete, fitness coach, dancer, entrepreneur, ambassador for local brands, leader, wife, and mama. She’s makes appearances at Collected Workshops, works on the board of directors for the Cornelius Cultural Arts Group, part of the team of leaders at Young Elites, and much more. On the show this week, we talk about what it looks like to allow abundance to flow, building life around community, the power of collaboration, and the importance of setting an intention with time for reflection in the end.
