In this week's episode, I share ideas and insights with you on how to handle the 'haters' who disagree with your health decisions. You might be losing relationships with too many family members, friends, work colleagues, and sporting colleagues. You might be losing them because you refused to go along with the majority view on certain health matters. You might be refusing to go along with 'the mob'.  There are great ways to handle the haters and to act in such a way that you don't burn bridges permanently with those whom you don't want to lose permanently. However, there are some people in your circle from whom it's time to move on! Don't be stuck in unhelpful, negative relationships. I'll share some ideas and insights that you will find most helpful and to be assured that it is possible to avoid burning bridges in such a way that you can't rebuild them. It is truly amazing as to what is possible! I consider it is well demonstrated by the horrors of the Rwanda massacre in 1994 and the subsequent bridge-building.
