Maya Dreifus is VP of Platform Services at Visa. Maya has been in the workforce for 15 years, having spent the last 12 years in payments and financial services, first at American Express and now at Visa.
Maya is a certified career coach, having earned her certification in June 2022. Maya’s coaching practice helps professionals find and get to where they’re meant to be from a career perspective. Her superpower is to create a space of belonging, where every person feels acknowledged, validated, and understood.

Maya completed her dual BA at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and her MBA at Columbia Business School in New York, NY.

In her free time, Maya loves to Zumba, keep up with her two young children, and speak in three languages (English, Russian, and Spanish) with anyone she meets
