Our debut episode is with Lisa Cenca, Compliance Officer for Boston Career Institute.
   As a school founder and educator for over 20 years, Lisa is recognized as a trailblazer in education. After her selection as the founding principal in 2017, she spent a year researching best practices at the nation's leading schools across the U.S. She soon began creating her own Leadership School Framework Model, a powerful new approach integrating leadership, social justice, and core values at the center of school life. She opened a girls' school a year later in 2018, with enrollment at total capacity. Lisa has a master's degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, where she is currently pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership and School Development. She is the recipient of Harvard's prestigious Phyllis Strimling Award for the Advancement of Women. Lisa's research and school programming designs earned her entry into Harvard's Venture Program, a selective group of "visionaries whose bold thinking shifts the paradigm and ideas that are not just new, but revelatory." She was recently nominated for Harvard's Intellectual Contribution Award and presented with the Women Making a Difference Award by Zonta International Women's Organization.
