What is the difference between feedback and criticism? How you hear it! People will tell you all the time what you did wrong, how you messed up, why your paper wasn't good enough. Whenever you get a negative response to your effort or actions, you can use it as an opportunity to learn, or you can let it get you down and back off from your efforts. The choice is up to you.
