The hardest part about building self confidence is taking the first step... Before we started The Dirty Kitchen series, I was very self conscious about myself on video, audio and what people would think about what I had to say... Setting a goal, getting started and not worrying about perfectionism or opinions of others has been an amazing and freeing decision. The great thing is I am finding is it strengthens my confidence and abilities day in and day out.
