Episode 035: Today's episode is a short, sweet, "motivational Monday" type of episode. If you're ever felt broken or like there's something wrong with you, I just want you to know those are thought errors. There's always a GOOD reason for everything you do--even if it doesn't make sense to you now...The actions you take (or don't take) are rooted in your physiology (i.e. autonomic survival processes) and your social conditioning. Before you can create effective and lasting change, you have to accept the person you are today from a place of grace and compassion--not disgust and shame If you choose to work with a coach or other professional, it's important to work with someone who sees you are empowered, healthy and whole, not someone who needs to be "fixed" by someone outside of you..
