She teaches first-year writing and courses such as Digital Design Theory and Practice and The Rhetoric of Digital Design. She serves as the President of the Global Society of Online Literacy Educators (GSOLE), and as a Quality Matters Master Reviewer (QMMR). Her research interests include online privacy, accessibility, digital rhetoric, and technical and professional writing.
